We just secured an additional 40 PASTURE RAISED TURKEYS from a new to us farm in Walla Walla, WA.  We are proud to offer Tail Feather Farm Pasture Raised Turkeys. Tail Feather Farm is a small, family-owned farm in the heart of the Walla Walla Valley in Eastern Washington, an area renowned for its rolling hills, grain production, wines and beautiful pastures for raising turkeys. They specialize in raising wholesome, Broad Breasted White turkeys. With the help fromNatural Farm Feeds in Spokane, WA, they formulate a ration of grains to supplement the natural foods the turkeys are finding in the pasture. All of the grains used are sourced in the Palouse and mixed and ground to order. At around 3 weeks, they are introduced to the pasture via portable sheds that get moved weekly. They are processed a quick drive away at  JBar Poultry Processing and are air chilled and vacuumed sealed for optimal freshness.  We really hope you enjoy these turkeys.  

Turkeys will be in the range of 12 - 18 pound size. No size specific orders at this time.

• Turkeys are pastured on open grass and a grain supplement

• NO soy, NO corn, NO GMO's used in feed, NO antibiotics.

• Grain ration includes peas, canola, wheat and triticale.

• All grain used is locally grown – much of it from their farm.

• The turkeys are processed with a USDA certified processing facility.

• All air chilled are cryovaced and remain fresh for up to 14 days and over a year in the freezer.

***Please note that all cancellations must be made in person or over the phone by 4pm on Saturday 11/16/24 to receive the deposit refund. Any cancellations made after 4pm on Saturday 11/16/24, or birds not picked up, will not have deposits refunded.

***We only have 40 of these specially raised turkeys available. We will only have one size available, ranging in the 12-18+/- pound range and they are priced at $14.99 per pound.

***For the tenth year in a row, we are hosting our annual turkey pickup day on Saturday, November 23rd! Pickup time must be selected at checkout. Pickup details and instructions will be emailed out to all customers prior to the pickup day.***
