We can provide you with the proper boneless side of Carlton Farms pork that is ready to season or stuff, tie and roast, or we can season it for you with a blend of fennel, sage, black pepper and garlic. Cooking instructions will be provided upon pick-up. We have 2 options to choose from:

$30 Deposit Required - when you pick up your order you'll be charged the remaining balance, based on the actual weight of the porchetta.
