Jack Mountain Smoked meats is located in Mt. Vernon, WA. This bacon is made from the pork bellies of Pure Country Farms pigs. Dry-cured for 8 days in a mixture of salt, sugar and nitrites and smoked with Hazelnut shells and wood. It is a nice balance of salty, sweet and smoky. No water or liquid smoke is used.
